Free form Plumeria Platter Workshop - at Makana Art Studio!
Create free form hand building clay Plumeria Platter sculpture in our studio.
There will be two sessions:
Session I- First you create your Plumeria Platter by hand from clay and let dry for up to a 1-2 week's (or longer for thicker pieces) as green wear.
(Note: There will not be any wheel instruction during this particular workshop.)
We then fire your green wear ring holder into bisque (hard state) at over 2000 degrees. F., or cone 06.
Session II - Once your bisque is ready to glaze, we will contact you to set up a glazing appointment. Then we fire your bisque into beautiful pottery pieces at cone 6..
Once last fire is complete, we notify you of pick up!

ALL workshops/classes are by appointment only. No walk-in's please.
Night Workshops must be reserved and paid ahead online 24 hours in advance.
If there are no confirmed participant's via online payment for event 24 hours in advance, event will be canceled and rescheduled for following week.

Take I-10 to exit 41, Woolmarket exit. Go north 2 miles to 4-way light. Turn left onto Woolmarket Rd. Take second left onto Airport Rd. Drive 1/2 mile on Airport Rd. and turn left onto Delynn Dr. Makana Art Studio and Farm is second building on the right.
